Name: Jamie Elijah McCoy
Age: Twenty-four
Gender: Male
Appearance: Jamie can be described as an attractive young man, with an esthetically-pleasing visage and blue-grey eyes that some of his female followers will insist are "smouldering." Jamie keeps his light brown hair short, though for certain projects for his work he had been known to adopt different colours for his tresses- from blond to black to red and every hue in between. He's tall, coming in at six foot two, though he tends to walk hunched over, but even so he tends to stick a bit above the crowd. Jamie seemingly has that smooth, enviable complexion that is neither too light nor too tanned, and he takes great care in keeping up with it. Through an extensive diet and exercise regime he's been on since he was a teenager Jamie is muscular and defined, though not in an intimidating sort of way. He keeps his appearance neat and tidy, nails trimmed, never has anything in his teeth, and his clothes are all in good shape. The most amount of scruff anyone would ever catch him with is a bit of stubble.
Personality: Jamie is, seemingly, two-faced, but he merely has quite a bit of a shell, so not many ever get to see his true personality. Strangers think of him as almost aloof, and perhaps even a bit thick as he tends to not hold conversations terribly well with those he doesn't know- though his friends get to see a different side of him. He has a sharp, witty sense of humour and is a lot more willing to open up and talk to people. Jamie is a little quirky, he blames it on OCD though he has never been diagnosed, but he certainly does have some tendencies of the disorder. He likes things to be in multiple of three or eleven, has his closet organized in rainbow-order, and sandwiches always go condiments on the bottom, then the meat, then any veggies, and cheese on top. Jamie only halfway fits the stereotypical male-model personality, he could be described as metrosexual, and is very concerned with his appearance and what he wears, and he's definitely not smart in an academic way- though he is street and social smart, and very observant of people in almost a Sherlock Holmes way.
History: Jamie was born the only son of high status parents, his father was a business tycoon, and his mother was a film actress and fashion model. He was the youngest of their five children, having four older sisters before him. He lead a privileged upbringing, though was raised primarily by nannies as his parents had exceedingly busy, demanding careers. From a young age, Jamie felt as if he were getting lost in the shuffle, it was difficult to get the little attention his parents could give when there were four girls to compete with, and he often felt left out and excluded. It was perhaps because of this that when he went to school his academic issues weren't addressed until he was nine, and it was discovered that the trouble he had in school was because of a moderate case of dyslexia.
Nevertheless, Jamie scraped by, finding that he could be charming and manipulative when he saw the need. As he entered his teenage years, he finally got the attention from his mother that he had wanted as a youngster, she saw potential in her youngest child, and how handsome he had become. She demanded her agent get him into modeling, where Jamie was snatched up in an instant. His career seemed to take off overnight, he didn't know what to do with it, being suddenly launched into the world where his parents belonged, though Jamie reveled in it. His sudden success created tension between him and his sisters, who had never gotten this sort of opportunity. The tension only increased when the family relocated from their native Ireland to Estonia when Jamie was seventeen so he could further pursue his career.
Jamie learned to ignore it as he was encouraged by both his own agent and his mother that this was the best move for his career. And thus far it had proved true, work is steady, and Jamie has been making appearances in magazines, fashion shows and more. His agent is currently working on breaking him into acting, though Jamie isn't completely interested in it, and has only done a few small-scale commercials, but he wouldn't reject something bigger if it came his way...
RP Example: Used one from another forum, but I can make one for Jamie if you'd prefer that ^-^

Logan dragged a hand through his hair, sighing lightly as he entered the blissfully cool tea shop. It wasn't often that the young man ventured outside Hogwarts, having fallen in love with his library all over again. And now with the students gone for the summer holiday, he could dwell within it without their mockery. Never had he expected that returning to the school would mean subjecting himself to the same ridicule he had experienced as a Ravenclaw student- but it seemed everyone thought him as a joke. They followed him around, imitating his stutter and making a mess of his books. He simply didn't have the heart or courage to confront them.
Logan had tried to issue a detention once, but he had been so anxious that he had lost all control of his stutter and couldn't even get the word "detention" out of his mouth. That had spurred a whole new wave of insults before the boy had walked away laughing. Pushing his glasses up on his nose, Logan went up to the counter and slowly, carefully ordered a chai tea and an orange cranberry scone, and after paying the nice lady behind the counter, took a seat in the corner. Logan smiled a bit, this spot was perfect, he was out of the way, but had a perfect vantage point to watch everything else. Curling his hands around his cup, he settled back into his chair.
Really, this was perhaps a nicer day than he had thought, even though he was normally very much a homebody, being out and about was nice for a change. Granted, Logan hadn't really gone far, only to Hogsmeade, but thus far it was proving to be nice. He'd done a little shopping, and gotten himself, predictably, a book- an old tome, and Logan would bet his cats that it was rare. It was bound in slightly cracking leather, its pages yellowed and brittle with age. There wasn't any English, merely runes, though that wasn't a problem for Logan.
Given his scholarly interests, he had long since learned to translate them, it would definitely be a challenge, but Logan needed a project, as the library didn't require much upkeep during the summer without the students to put it in a disarray. Setting down his cup and retrieving the book from his bag, Logan set to work, instantly becoming so engrossed that he hadn't noticed someone approaching his corner table.
